From 1995, Team Spirit of Lexington has been outfitting cheerleaders and dancers across the USA and around the world. Our goal is to provide quality 'stylish' products on time, your time! After all, with the stresses of life, you do not need to worry if your team is looking their best at camp, if you have uniforms for the first 'big' game, or if everything is perfect when you take the competition floor! Our staff is committed to working with you to achieve 100% satisfaction. Unlike many other companies, we realize that without you. there is no need for us! Return Policies

Effective November 15, 1995; Last update March 23, 2007

  • All returns must occur within 14 working days and items must be in their original condition, never worn and/or laundered in order to receive a FULL refund.
  • In addition, all tags and packaging must accompany products in order for it to be considered 'original' condition.
  • Finally, a receipt must also be presented with the products for a refund; cash, credit card, and or check.
  • All ‘CHEERLEADER CURLS’ are final sales.  No exchanges and/or refunds are available.
  • All "CLEARANCE" items are final sales. No exchanges and or refunds are available for these products.
  • For shoe returns, all items must be included with the return (packaging; if available, color cards; tissue paper, etc.). In addition, boxes must be in their original condition without damage and or writing.
  • All returns will be made payable in the same format as the purchase.
  • If a paper check is used as payment, please wait 7 days from the purchase date before making a return. 
  • Exchanges may be made immediately.
  • All checks that are non-sufficient, closed accounts, etc will be turned over to 'Fayette County Attorney’s Office' for collections.  Additional fees will apply.
  • 'Team orders' and ‘Individual Orders’ for non-stock items and/or custom items, require payment in full or an authorized school purchase order for the order to be processed.
  • All non-stock items, if in their original condition are returnable, but subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges back to the manufacturer.
  • All custom items, including poms, and custom lettered items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • All deposits on non-stock items and/or custom items are non refundable. In-store credits will be issued.
  • No sales associate has the authority to authorize any other return without prior management approval.
  • No exceptions to these rules.

All delivery schedules are approximate. These estimates are for in stock products. Not all products on our web site are considered in stock. In addition, a product that is considered in stock could be currently unavailable due to manufacturers backorders, seasonal inventory, etc. Please call to check availability if you have an absolute deadline. Although we will make every effort to meet camp dates and deadlines, we assume no liability for delays in our failure to make delivery dates due to uncontrollable circumstances. Uncontrollable circumstances include, but are not limited to our inability to obtain materials, labor, or supplies. In addition, we can not be responsible for the delay of carriers, strikes, wars, accidents, acts of God, etc. In advance, we appreciate your understanding.
